Step 2 - Go through the RMS Individual Assessment System

  • Full-body biomechanical assessment of your body to find functional weak links and mobility deficits

  • 71 question “Data Analysis” Form to get clear on ALL the factors that affect how your body responds to training (sleep, stress, nutrition, lifestyle, injury history, schedule & more)

  • Standardised Strength Testing to determine current strength levels so your program meets you where you’re at

  • Track your workouts with an easy to use dedicated training app

Fix injuries through functional strength

I’ve helped dozens of clients overcome chronic, repeated training-related injuries

that no physio or chiro could seem to help them fix.

It’s not magic - it’s simply hard work based on asking the right questions.

There is definitely a place for manual therapies and adjustments - but pain in the gym is always

at least in some part affected by the way you move, structure your training and live your life.

Nobody can out-massage your poor scapular mechanics in chinups, unsustainable program or bad sleep quality.

I use the RMS Assessment System to identify the root cause(s) of your pain and

plateaus so we can fix the problem - not just treat the symptom.

At 25 I came out of the deepest depression of my life and moved my life to Sri Lanka to run a hostel in the middle of the jungle with a guy I’d known for 2 weeks.

After the wildest year of my life I woke up behind a bus stop in Croatia, homeless with $0 to my name, 0 discipline and 0 sense of purpose - and decided it was time to get my shit together.

I borrowed money to get home and spent the next 5 years working like a madman, investing every cent I earned in my own development as a coach.

I'm super grateful to now run RMS full-time, while travelling to different countries to teach workshops & learn from the best coaches in the world.

I’m pain-free, stronger and happier than I ever believed was possible and deeply connected to a purpose that lights me up.

I wish I knew back when I started that all those things are just skills - ones that anyone can learn. Thats’ why I built Renegade Movement School.
